Classy. Music to my ears. I secretly giggle in joy and laughter when my friends tell me that i look classy, when i get praises like “Oh, what a classy dress you’re wearing!”
The reason for that is i really want to be a classy girl. Among the classy women i admire so much are Heart Evangelista, Anne Curtis Smith, Solenn Heussaff, Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl series, Victoria Secret Model Miranda Kerr, Olivia Palermo and of course Audrey Hepburn. I am not sure if all the girls i mentioned are classy, but i consider them classy women and they inspire me.
I think every girl has her dream of becoming classy in her own way. But how do we define it?
Many of us tried to be as classy as we can but we’re still having a hard time. Maybe we just have to be ourselves and incorporate these definitions of “classy” i’ve researched on, with how we behave, think and dress.
1. Having or reflecting high standards of personal behavior.
2. Possessing elegance, the attribute of being tastefully designed, decorated and maintaining refined grace and dignified propriety.
3. Stylish and sophisticated.
4. Admirably skillful and graceful.
5. Elegant, exclusive, high-class, high-toned, posh.
