Hey guys it has been ages since i last blogged. I’ve been busy but this is where i really find a blissful me time. With blogging and writing and sharing my crazy stuff.

Just a heads up, i now gain 57.5 kgs and my waistline is at 33 inches. Yuck! Too bad for a 34 year old, 5 feet tall lady. I miss my sexy bod. Back when i weigh 48 inches and my waistline was only 23 to 24 inches. My confidence really boosted back then. Excess fats really make me look and feel lazy ugly and old. And i do not want to spend the rest of my life being depressed with my weight.
I am definitely in control of this. And i should start burning those fats now. If i cannot burn it, at least i should watch what i eat, EVERY SINGLE DAY!! If i don’t start it NOW, i won’t be able to meet my goals. Definitely NO TO PROCRASTINATION.
So, one way to lose weight is to eat right. I tried to be semivegetarian a few months back then suddenly i forgot that i am, so i became bloated and it feels so bad. I felt like i lost my sex appeal to opposite sex. *sighs
So here’s what i started a few days ago and today is my 13th day. And i really hafta be consistent.
My #60dayhalfrice challenge.
Every meal i will only eat half cup of rice or no rice at all. Each meal will just have “ulam” and fruits maybe but definitely no pork, and half cup of rice or no rice at all.

Snacks should be healthy too. No junk foods.

Sometimes i eat pasta because i read in the internet that pasta isn’t as bad as rice. Not that i hate rice. As a filipina, rice is a must for my stomach but i really hafta discipline and train myself to avoid too much of it. Because going to the gym is not an option for me.
Here are the recipes i’ve tried:

Day 13 snack. Spicy takoyaki

Day 12 dinner. Fried bangus and egg.

Day 11 snack. Fresh pomelo fruit.

Day 10. Taiwanese Jipai plus yakult green tea.

Day 10. Carbonara. I haven’t eaten it all. Bought it from somewhere. Not yummy.

Day 9. Half rice with spicy chicken curry for breakfast.

Day 9. Homecooked philippine bulanglang made by my auntie mercy plus half rice for lunch is yummy yet healthy.

Day 8. Philippine chicken  batchoy plus half rice. Yummy soup filled my tummy to replace rice craving because the soup makes me feel full easily.

Day 7. Yummy philippine palabok for lunch. This palabok has tinapa, squid and tofu in it.

Day 6. I needed this to booze me up on a night shift at work. Mcdo coffee float.

Day 5. Healthy but pricey bangus pandesal at luna restaurant in BGC.

Day 4. Baguio beans sauteed in tomatoes, garlic and soy sauce plus hard boiled egg and half cup of rice. I just bought it.

Day 3. Yummy filipino snack. Biko.

Day 2. My favorite pancit palabok with seafoods.

Day 1. Tuna pasta and garlic toast.

And of course, i started to religiously drink my laxative tea once a day.

Hope this helps girls who have the same journey as mine. It is not a very strict diet. And i am so excited with the results.
Good news! On my 13th day, i already lost 2 inches off my waist making my waistline down to 31 inches as of today, july 19, 2016.
Hurray!
XO,
