TGIF!! FRIDAY POST: Have A Great Day!!

Hi pretty boys and girls!

I hope you will have a great day.

How can we really make today a good day?
Here are some tips:

1. If you are going to work, get up earlier so you won’t be late. Being late causes you to be cramming, thus stressing you out before the start of your shift in the office.

2. Eat your breakfast.

3. Watch your health and take your vitamins everyday.

4. Listen to music at least 10-30 minutes a day.

5. Spend your day with positive people. If your friends have negative thoughts or are sharing problems with you, empathize and show you care but do not absorb the negative vibes.

6. Don’t spend your time blaming yourself if something went wrong today. Instead, use the rest of the day to turn the negative situation into a positive one.

7. Don’t let petty unpleasant things ruin your day. Concentrate on the good things to make your day happy.
You may keep a journal and list down all the things you are thankful of.

8. Keep that smile on your face.

9. Declutter. Make sure the space you are in is clean, whether it’s your post in your office, your apartment, your room.

10. Make sure that you will have complete hours of sleep each day so you will be ready for the next day.

XOXO,

Chloe

Friday: self-help ~ must-read: john maxwell’s the difference maker

Things i need: a bookmark, a highlighter and a book!

Not just a book but a self – help John Maxwell’s The Difference Maker book.

Why do i choose this? I was in the office last week having a chat with the bosses when they talked about John Maxwell’s books. One of the bosses said, “just with the way a person speaks, you can say that he is a John Maxwell fan.” They said John Maxwell is a popular writer of leadership books. I got interested and bought this book to begin with.

For starters like me, aiming to be a boss someday, this will be a perfect book to read. I’ve just been reading a few pages yet i can say i’ve already learned a lot. Grab a copy now!

According to this book:

YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE, BUT WHAT YOU THINK.. YOU ARE!

True, right? You will better understand by reading his book.

XO,

Chloe
